We are happy to accommodate for the all different sizes of the properties. Depending on how large the house is the time can take from a half an hour or up to two hours. We charge $15 a room (5 rooms= $75 and 10 rooms $150). No matter what the size of the house the outside is included along the basement and bathroom photos if you are interested in those photos.  Photos are emailed or Dropboxed to you within 72 hours.
